How to order:

1. Email the screenshots of the pattern names to info@shop3thereal.com along with your order number. 

2. You may email your own seamless files for custom printing as well.

3. One proof will be sent for review and approval.  Once approved, design cannot be changed.

4. Digital file will be emailed and no physical product to be received.

Due to the nature of custom made to order, digitals are "as is" and absolutely NO refunds will be provided. 

If using your own seamless files, please ensure that the resolution of your file is seamless and a minimum of 300 DPI.  Low quality files will result in blurry images and jeopardize the quality of the image printed.

3thereal is not responsible for any digital art errors contained within your file uploads. We will not check files if they are seamless, therefore, please ensure the digital images are exactly as how you want it printed.

3thereal reserves the right to refuse service on any order requests for any reason.
