FAQS, Terms & Conditions

Delivery times are estimated in business days which excludes weekends and US holidays.  When the packages are provided to the shipping provider, the shipping times are outside of our control.

3thereal will not be held responsible for the following:

  • Errors made by the Shipping Provider, Shipper or Freight Forwarder
  • Incorrect addressing provided by customers
  • Damaged packages made by Shipping Provider, Shipper or Freight Forwarder
  • PO Box related issues
  • Stolen packages after confirmed delivery by tracking number

US & CANADA

We will select the best possible shipping service and may take between  5-21 business days which excludes weekends and US holidays.

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We will select the best possible shipping service and may take between  15-30 business days which excludes weekends and US holidays.

 

ORDER CONFIRMATION 

Orders will be processed within 3-4 business days unless specified.  For Wholesale and Special Events a customized processing time will be provided.  Customers will receive an order confirmation email and once items are shipped, a shipping confirmation email. Various shipping options and expedited shipping will be available at checkout.


DEFECTIVE

Each handmade sewn creation is unique and will have minor differences by nature.  Products purchased from our website will require a photo image of the defective product. Once defective product is confirmed, the product may be returned for repair.  Please contact us at info@shop3thereal.com to address any questions or concerns.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

As a startup small business, we are unable to accept any returns and/or exchanges at this time.  For any issues with your order, please contact us at info@shop3thereal.com and we will address any questions or concerns as satisfactory as possible.

 

CHANGING YOUR ORDER

Due to the nature and turnaround time involved during the fulfilment process, once your order has been placed and payment processed, we will be unable to change the details of your order (such as delivery address, product types or quantity). This in no way affects your legal right to cancel.  If you have any questions, please contact our customer services team at info@shop3thereal.com

Please Note:  If the products you ordered have already been picked and collected for delivery and shipped with a tracking number, we are unable to cancel your order.
