5) No proof will be provided. Please ensure every detail is exactly as how you want it to be printed.
6) All customer files are private, remain confidential and will never be shared. If you need an NDA signed, please email to info@shop3thereal.com.

Due to the nature of digital files, absolutely NO refunds will be provided.
Please ensure that the resolution of your file is seamless and a minimum of 300 DPI. Low quality files will result in blurry images and jeopardize the quality of the image printed.
3thereal is not responsible for any digital art errors contained within your file uploads. We will not check files if they are seamless, therefore, please ensure the digital images are exactly as how you want it printed.
