This dress has a beautiful flutter sleeve detailed rolled hem. The dress has option with matching hair bows.
Hair bows can be made with mix or combination of the various fabrics on hand such as rib, double brush poly and bullet fabric.
Matching hair bows come on a nylon headband or alligator clip. If you need more than one, please message me for pricing.
Easy to open the clip or remove on or off.
